On April 21, 2014 Expocentre Fairgrounds will run the conference on Development of Russia's Country Code Domains in the Era of New Top Level Domains. Who knows the Internet tomorrow? as part of the Congress on intellectual property Expopriority'2014.
The event is organized by RU-CENTER, the Foundation for Assistance for Internet Technologies and Infrastructure Development (FAITID), and the International Network Technical Center (INTC).
The moderators of the conference will be Andrey Vorobyov, Director of PR and GR Department at RU-CENTER, and Dmitry Burkov, Chairman of the FAITID Board, Member of RIPE NCC Board.

At the conference the leading experts in the industry will discuss key trends of the global and Russian markets of domain names registration, new tendencies concerning protection of rights of IP owners in the domain industry, share opinions about initial results of priority registration at some new top level domains.
Special attention will be paid to the Russian implementation projects of such domains as .MOSCOW/.МОСКВА, .ДЕТИ, .РУС, .TATAR, as well as to the mechanisms for the implementation of interests of the government and owners of trade marks and other brand identity provided at the domain extension launch.
Elena Gertseva and Andrei Grinkevich, experts in the field of Russian domain names and lawyers specializing in the settlement of domain disputes, will make a presentation of their book ‘Domain Disputes. Litigation in Russia’ at the conference.
